Virgin is recruiting for a Crew Line Manager, who will be reporting to the Head of Cabin Services. The candidate will be responsible for the management of a team of Cabin Crew:
Coaching and developing the Pursers to ensure they have the skills and tools required tolead their team consistently and pro-actively, in order to provide an excellentstandard of customer service.
Ideally a minimum of 5 years flying experience, with at least one of these being as a Purser.
Computer literate and able to use Word / Excel / Email.
To be positive and confident in their approach.
An ability to demonstrate a broader business understanding particularly of the Virgin Nigeria Brand
An ability to motivate, inspire and lead a team of Cabin Crews
An ability to assess individual performance and feedback constructively and honestly.
